Located in Plaza Mayor, on the ground floor of the Hurtado de Mendoza Palace, the Tourist Office is a meeting point for visitors arriving in Almazán and an essential place to obtain detailed information about the city's tourist attractions and monument opening hours. Visitors can also obtain brochures and maps, as well as personalised assistance tailored to the needs of each individual or group.

The facilities have been designed to facilitate and promote accessible tourism and include access ramps to ensure accessibility.

The office has also been adapted and equipped with all the preventive health measures introduced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic in order to ensure the safety of visitors.

General opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
