14th International Medieval Pintxos&Tapas Competition 2022. Marvão (Portugal). October 22th and 23th

The face-to-face format of the International Medieval Pinchos and Tapas Contest of the year 2022 is recovered. It will be held on October 22 and 23, 2022 in the Portuguese town of Marvão.

 In the meantime, you can learn how to make the skewers made at the XIII International Contest of medieval skewers and tapas 2021. Special online edition.

Nine chefs, one representative from each medieval city and village, made a skewer or tapa with ingredients that existed in the Middle Ages and that are shown in the 9 video-recipes that we present here.

We encourage you to learn how to make these skewers from the hands of these prestigious chefs and to vote for the one you like the most to decide the virtual medieval chef of the year 2021 on Facebook @red.villas.medievales and Instagram @villasmedievales!!

But above all, we encourage you to visit the cities and taste their cuisine!
